You have implemented an app to manage permits for special work. How has this innovation impacted safety and efficiency at your facilities?
The implementation of the app to manage special work permits has significantly improved safety and efficiency by digitizing and automating processes, which has reduced errors and waiting times. Thanks to this tool, it is possible to check in real-time whether an external worker has the required permit to perform high-risk tasks.

Having an annual budget for preventive activities is essential, as it allows for early planning and the continuous implementation of safety measures. This strengthens our ORP strategy, always focused on constant progress.
What initiatives related to promoting healthy habits, such as participation in the Healthy Cities project, have you implemented, and how have these actions benefited employees?
We have implemented initiatives such as padel tournaments and healthy walks through local nature reserves, which promote healthy habits and sports activities aimed at improving workers’ health and well-being.
You have a new mobility plan that includes distinctive measures. How have the employees received it?
Employees have responded positively to the mobility plan, which includes reverse parking and electric vehicle charging points, as it facilitates commuting and promotes sustainability.
You have developed an Equality Plan and a Workplace Harassment Protocol. What did you discover during the process? What aspects would you highlight above all?
During the development of the Equality Plan and the Harassment Protocol, employees became more aware of the importance of training and awareness, which has helped create a more inclusive and safe work environment for everyone.
What is the “Destapados” app?
The app aims to encourage employee participation by giving them access to relevant information, allowing them to sign up for events, and contribute their own ideas and suggestions. It is a platform that connects all members of Grupo Torrent in one single space.
Have you considered using AI tools to improve ORP in your processes? How could this technology contribute to worker safety?
Yes, we are considering the use of artificial intelligence to improve ORP, as this technology can predict and prevent accidents through data analysis and risk pattern identification.
