Pilfer – Stelcap closure for EVOO, vinegars and dressings
The Pilfer/Stelcap glass bottle mouth is the most popular option amongst bottlers of EVOO, vinegar, dressings and other high-quality oils. This packaging system, in which the bottle, pouring closure and their correct application through screw-on capper work together, overcomes the most extreme logistical conditions, guaranteeing the perfect condition of the product until its consumption.
For this packaging, we have a wide range of pourer closures according to customer requirements or the desired customer experience. We have two lengths of Pilfer closure, enhancing its decoration and ensuring greater impact on the consumer’s decision.
Pilfer – Stelcap closures with a non-refillable system

Pilfer – Stelcap Pourer Closure with recycled materials
Technically, the pourer closure is made of an aluminium cap obtained through simple encapsulation. Through a complex design, it mechanically supports the valve–pourer and confirms the first opening following its application through the breaking of die-cut points. This skip-the-line assembly is fully recyclable. It enables the in-house separation of the materials such as aluminium and polyethylene.
The aluminium supplied by our supplier comes from at least 90% recycled material, in part externally sourced and in part sourced from its own processes.
